The company sought Principality Consulting’s expertise to determine the business requirement and options for upgrading the existing Sage Line 50 accounts application.
Findings
A requirements specification was prepared in the form of a mind map and a check list and determined that the best solution would be an integrated Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) system that included Customer Relationship Management and Point of Sale integration for cash sales.
