We have strong credentials in project management, where Principality’s core values easily streamline with those of the sponsoring body. Many of our projects illustrate the effective coordination of partnerships that reconcile a number of organisations’ objectives.
Our entire consultancy is based around the core principle of sustainability. Further, our skills in the delivery of Genba Kanri – a widely recognised process for improving manufacturing competiveness – sees the efficient use of materials and driving out waste as key components of our advice and recommendations.
The consultancy is organised into specialist practices headed by -Martin Seymour, Ivor Lewis and Karen Dancey - each committed to professionalism, standards of service and dedication to quality. The practice leaders are supported by a distinguished roster of Institute of Consulting-approved, specialist associates from across the UK. This allows us to:
- Deliver the right technical excellence to meet your needs
- Provide local knowledge where required and to keep the cost and environmental impact of travelling to a minimum
- Upscale consultant resources to meet changes in demand, tight timescales or other requirements.
